Lovevibee (“we”, “us”) operates a dating application for users aged 18 and older. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the Lovevibee app and lovevibee.app website.

1. Data we collect

  • Account: email, phone (optional), display name, date of birth (18+ verification).
  • Profile: photos, “Who you are” / “Who you seek” descriptions, preferences you set.
  • Location: approximate coordinates when Radar is enabled (only with your permission and while using the feature).
  • Interactions: H-Index, Song Chuông matches, chat messages, reports and blocks.
  • Web waitlist: name, email, city/region, phone and referral source (if provided).
  • Device & technical: device type, OS, crash logs, basic usage logs.

2. How we use data

  • Compute mutual H-Index and trigger Song Chuông when criteria are met.
  • Show nearby users on Radar (when enabled).
  • Provide chat, notifications, and user support.
  • Handle reports, blocks, and community safety.
  • Send beta/waitlist updates for your registered region.
  • Improve the product, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

3. Legal bases

We process data based on your consent, contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (safety, product improvement), and legal obligations where required.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, push notifications) under confidentiality agreements, or when required by law. Your profile is visible to other users only according to app rules (Radar, Song Chuông).

5. Retention & security

Data is stored on secured servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and database RLS. You may delete your account in the app; some data may be retained for legal or dispute purposes.

6. Your rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent (e.g. disable Radar, leave waitlist).
  • Lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

7. Minors

Lovevibee is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Accounts found to belong to minors will be removed.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
