Welcome to Lovevibee. By using the app or lovevibee.app website, you agree to these terms. The service is only for users aged 18 and older.

1. Service

Lovevibee is a dating platform using mutual H-Index and Song Chuông when both users meet compatibility thresholds and are nearby. We do not guarantee matches. The service may change, pause, or roll out by region (beta).

2. Account & profile

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• One person, one account. No impersonation or others' photos.
• You are responsible for profile and chat content you post.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, threats, spam, fraud, or illegal content.
• Child sexual content or extreme violence.
• Scraping other users' data or reverse-engineering the app.
• Using the service if under 18.

4. Radar & location

Radar requires location permission when enabled. You may disable Radar or use Quiet at any time. Lovevibee does not track location when you are not using related features.

5. Song Chuông & chat

Song Chuông triggers only when mutual H-Index ≥ 80% (or our published threshold) and distance is close enough. Chat opens only after mutual acceptance. We may remove violating content without prior notice.

6. Report & block

You may report or block other users. We review reports and may suspend or terminate violating accounts.

7. Web waitlist

Waitlist signup does not guarantee beta access. We may contact you via email or phone about product updates.

8. Intellectual property

Lovevibee branding and UI belong to us. You retain rights to content you post and grant us a license to display it to operate the service.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for user conduct off-platform. Meet safely and report suspicious behavior.

10. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
