Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Lovevibee account and associated personal data. This page describes how, in line with Google Play, App Store, and data protection requirements.

1. Delete in the app (recommended)

When installed: go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, photos, messages, and related operational data, except where we must retain data by law.

2. Request by email

Email support@lovevibee.app with subject “Data deletion request” and include:

• Your Lovevibee account email
• Linked phone number (if any)
• Confirmation that you want permanent deletion

We process within 30 days and send confirmation when complete.

3. Web waitlist only

If you only signed up for the waitlist at lovevibee.app (no app account), email us with your registered address to be removed from the list.

4. Data we may retain

• Security logs and abuse reports (as required by law)
• Temporary backups during secure deletion cycles (typically ≤ 90 days)
• Anonymous/aggregated data that cannot identify you
